• Waitlist and account information. When you join the waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address and any other details you choose to provide, such as your name or company.
• Project content. Once you use Reckon Bill, we store the drawings, measurements, and bills of quantities you create so the product can work — for example, saving your projects and letting you export them.
• Usage and device information. Standard technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, which helps us keep the service secure and working correctly.

We use the information we collect to:

• Notify you when Reckon Bill and other Reckon Suite modules become available
• Provide, maintain, and improve the product
• Respond to support requests sent to our contact email
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Reckon Bill uses your browser’s local storage to remember basic preferences, such as your chosen theme, and to keep the product working while you use it. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

We share information only where necessary to run the service: with infrastructure and hosting providers that store data on our behalf, or where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process. Any provider we use is required to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
