Reckon Bill is currently in a pre-launch waitlist phase. Features, pricing, and availability described on this website are indicative and may change before general availability. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, or the final pricing shown.

By using Reckon Bill, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate information when joining the waitlist or creating an account
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service
• Not use the service to infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the projects, drawings, measurements, and bills of quantities you create in Reckon Bill, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You retain ownership of the content you create; you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

Where pricing is shown on this website, it is stated in Nigerian naira (₦) and is subject to change. If you subscribe to a paid plan once Reckon Bill launches, the price, billing cycle, and any applicable taxes will be confirmed before you are charged.

Reckon Suite, Reckon Bill, and associated logos, designs, and product names are the property of Reckon Suite. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work to keep measurements, calculations, and exports accurate, you are responsible for independently verifying any figures used in client-facing or contractual documents. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every specific purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reckon Suite will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
